Our team combines the strength of marketing, development, and construction. Developer, Ron Janeczko and builder Chris Nelson founded Landworks Development LLC in 1994. New construction marketing specialist and Realtor Gary Emerito later joined them and formed the Farmington based, real estate company Landworks Realty, LLC, which merged with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in 2013. This successful collaboration was responsible for the highly successful townhome community Bradford Walk, the national award winning neighborhood Hamilton Way, and the expansion of the upscale Farmington community Somersby, to name a few. With their two remaining communities near completion, their next projects are currently in the planning and design phase and the team continues to seek out new development opportunities.
